Last October, we announced an upcoming webinar for Interact Global 2021. The webinar was the latest in our series on using customer intentions to design more human businesses and experiences.

This version of the material encouraged attendees to “forget the trail of breadcrumbs” and take a more holistic approach to designing digital information spaces. Instead of relying on out-of-date, limited ways of considering the customer’s online experience, we propose empowering our customers and learning from how they traverse our digital landscapes.
